1

What is DTF printing and which designs work best with it?

DTF (Direct-to-Film) is a modern printing technique that works on virtually all fabrics. It's ideal when you want to print many colors or photos — DTF delivers full colors without limitation. The prints are flexible, stretch with the fabric, and feel soft to the touch. DTF is perfect for individual pieces (t-shirts, hoodies, bags) and small to medium quantities. You can order from just 1 piece.

2

What is screen printing and when should you use it?

Screen printing is a classic technique that works best for simple designs with few colors (ideal: 1–4 colors). It's cost-effective in large quantities (minimum 25 pieces) because you quickly recover costs per piece. Screen printing delivers durable, professional results — the ink is truly embedded in the fabric, not on top. The perfect choice for teams, clubs, or bulk merchandise.

3

What is embroidery and who is it suitable for?

Embroidery gives your garment a premium look — it feels wonderful and looks professional. Ideal for caps, jackets, polo shirts, and corporate clothing. Embroidery doesn't work for detailed photos, but is perfect for logos, initials, and text. Pricing is determined per request based on size and complexity. No fixed minimum quantity.

4

How do I choose which technique is best for my design?

Simple step-by-step guide: - Many colors or a photo? → DTF printing - Simple logo, 1–4 colors, large quantities (25+)? → Screen printing - Premium look on caps/jackets, logo or text? → Embroidery - Not sure? Contact us — we'll help you choose!

5

Which file formats do you accept for designs?

Best option: vector files (AI, EPS, PDF). These scale infinitely without quality loss — perfect for printing at any size. High-resolution PNG files (minimum 300 dpi) also work great. Avoid JPG and GIF — these have limited quality. Unsure about your file? Upload it in the order tool — our team will check if it's suitable.

6

Why does my design need a transparent background?

Very important: your design must have a transparent background (no white, black, or colored background around it). Only then can we print your design precisely in the right place on the garment. A colored background would print along with everything else and look strange. Make sure your design has a transparent background in a program like Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop (checkered pattern = transparent).

7

How do I ensure my design prints sharp and not blurry?

Three tips: 1. Resolution: minimum 300 dpi (not 72 dpi!) 2. Size: create your design at the same size as you want it printed (not much larger/smaller) 3. Font: don't use exotic fonts that may not be available — convert text to outlines If in doubt, we'll send you a digital proof — you approve or request changes, then we print.

8

Can I upload my own design or do you help with design?

Both! You can upload your own design (see Q5 for file formats). We check everything and send a digital proof for approval. For custom design (logos, illustrations, layouts), contact us — we're happy to help and provide a quote.

9

Why do more colors cost more money?

With screen printing: for each additional color, you create an extra screen. That costs material and preparation. With DTF: actually not — you can print as many colors as you want without extra cost (full-color!). That's why DTF is better for colorful designs, screen printing for simple designs.

10

How do I choose colors? Do you work with Pantone or hexadecimal codes?

Both! You can use Pantone numbers (PMS) for screen printing and hex codes (#FF5733) for DTF. Upload your design and tell us which colors you want — we suggest whether your design should be full-color DTF or limited-color screen printing. For screen printing, we match colors against our color swatches so you know exactly what you'll get.

11

How long does a printed garment last? How do you care for it?

DTF prints last at least 50 washes and remain soft and color-fast. Screen printing lasts even longer — sometimes 100+ washes. Tips: - Wash on low heat (30°C) - Turn the garment inside out before washing Good care = years of enjoyment from your print!

12

How long does it take for my order to be ready?

After approval of your digital proof: - DTF printing: 5–8 business days - Screen printing: 6–10 business days - Embroidery: 7–12 business days

13

I want faster than standard — is rush delivery possible?

Yes! With rush delivery, we can process your order much faster. This costs a surcharge of 40% on the total price. Availability depends on our production schedule — contact us to check if it's possible.

14

Can I see a sample (proof) before you start?

Yes, always! After your order, we send a digital proof (mock-up) for approval. We only start production once you approve. So you're 100% certain of the final result.

15

Do you have sustainable or eco-friendly options?

Yes! We have organic cotton (GOTS-certified), recycled materials, and Fair Wear certified brands in our range. Choose your favorite product in the order tool — sustainable options are marked.

16

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs depend on the total weight and destination of your order. The costs are calculated in step 6 of your order.

17

What happens if my design isn't suitable, and can I cancel or modify?

No worries — if your design needs adjustments, we're happy to help. As long as your order hasn't entered production, you can contact us to: - Modify the design - Change the technique - Cancel your order Once produced, changes aren't possible — so check your proof carefully!
