When placing an order or filling in the contact form we collect: name and email address, delivery address, phone number (optional), payment details (via PayPal — we do not store payment data), uploaded files (logos and designs).
We use your data exclusively for: processing and delivering your order, communication about your order, sending an invoice via Jortt, and answering your questions. We never sell your data to third parties.
We do not retain your personal data longer than necessary. Order data is retained for 7 years in accordance with legal requirements. Contact form data is deleted after 1 year.
You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data. You can also object to the processing. Send an email to info@merch-master.com for this. We respond within 30 days.
